next time you clean a turkey, lay the turkey on it's back, spread the wings out. stand on the wings close ot the body as you can, then grab the legs. With a smooth quick jerk pull the legs up away from the body. this will pull everthing apart and out of the center! just clean detail it, and pull the wings off the breast you are done!!

yea i done this alot, 6 turkey in one day turn into a 2o min cleanup time for these!!

Yeah this is only the 2nd one we've done so we weren't exactly sure and kind of had a tough time getting the meat out but we got it . :D

I will say this, wild turkey stinks to high heaven!!!


But it is no diffrent then the turkey you get other then the chemical,processing,dye,and etc....


wait amin that is a big diffrent!
